(Persuasion 2 + Charisma 4 to try to get them to calm down, but if it falls on deaf ears... I'll continue)

We will say that Quaid pauses while Sachiko speaks, at least listening to her. If Nyx pushes her attack he will probably not act yet (sucking it up). Frank is free to have Nyx push her attack though. The rest of you ought to decide what you do next and if the fight continues befopre Sachiko and Arine decide whether to leap in or not ...

Nyx is totally focused on Quaid and because of her style of training the Eshu's words never registers even though Nyx hears them. The Satyr never hesitates and continues to press her attack as fast and as hard as possible. She drops the Thrysus and moving both arms at the same time grabs Quaid's wrist with her left hand using the palm of her right hand to hit his elbow from below shoving the elbow up (in a direction it was never meant to go) while trying to force the wrist down. If Quaid fails to counter this his arm will break. As she completes the first attack one of her hooves lashes out in a snap kick towards the Redcap's crotch.

  OOC - Combat Actions

Okay, I hope I'm understanding Dragon's Ire correctly. Nyx will use all four of her Dragon dice on "one seperate attack action". If I am misunderstanding this game mechanic please correct me.

For her main action she drops the thrysus and in one motion goes for a joint break (see Manual page 239) in an attempt to break the arm that Quaid is holding her with.

  (Dex - 3 / Brawl - 5 = Die Pool of 8)
    Roll - 9, 5, 8, 3, 9, 10 (reroll for speciality - 4) Difficulty is 8.
  4 Successes

Her other attack is a simple snap kick to Quaids crotch. (Dragon Die = Pool of 4)
  Roll - 5, 7, 9, 2 / Difficulty is 7.
  2 Successes

From the post I wasn't sure if it was necessary but I figured I would go ahead and do an Initiative roll as well.

  Wits- 3 / Alertness - 3 (Difficulty - 4)
  Roll - 10, 3, 10, 9, 5, 6 - 5 successes (sigh - why can't I get all those tens on my attacks?)

Oh, as a last note while dropping the Thrysus isn't an action I figure it might prove to be both a minor distraction and bit of misdirection for Quaid as he seems focused on it.
