[Sodium_noir] Restart Synopsis - Tellos

Assuming he escapes his off duty cop presuers Tellos will try to charge for 
whatever police vehical he can. Not for the point of transportation only but 
to try and hi jack it and the usual just in case weapon they often have. 
These include shotguns assult rifles for armored targets or other such 
things as well as ammo. He'll then if he can ride off towards china town 
figuring he's better off where the police think he left already than in up 
town.
