He looked up at the two and the badge seemed to make him frown, but he
really needed to buy time to regain his powers and not spend more of them
battling mortals.

"Sure thing officer." He took out an old ID and handed it to them. It
claimed he was a Michael Remarl. After this he waited. He looked slightly
younger in the image but not much. His eyes go to a small photo that falls
out of his
wallet and he grabs it tucking it away. Soon after, his eyes watch the two
through his shades, his body ready but not tense.

Now that they were close the officers might see that the hilt had some 
strange text on it. He
sat still and silent waiting to see how things went.
