Having given the head of the Security tong his (first?) drink for a 
blood bond, hunted with Shade, and learned a bit about the popular (if 
not truly public) impressions of Titus, Rachel called to check in with 
big T but had not yet received a reply.

OOC I'm aware that Titus was in the middle of some heavy stuff himself, 
and might in fairness not have answered his phone.  If that's the case, 
most likely Rachel would have shown some initiative by returning to the 
club (Suzy Wong) and making renovation plans - e.g. looking for a 
daylight-proof space to pass the day, scoping out the layout of the 
place, thinking a bit about cameras and defenses, etc.
