As he slowed enough to open the door he wasint very
fast compared to a moment before his mind however was
on overdrive. He exits the building unless something
happends to change that or make it less easy. Should 
he get out he would make a B line for the nearest
street corner.

Before Tellos can make it to the door, the employees
have  started to take action.  Two of them start to
run for the door to stop the kid that was now trying
to run away.  

But even though it is Neon City, the cops are still a
long ways away.
