      Tess smiles. Negotiations  over and no messing around. The girl definitely was a pro.
       
      "You better meet the  boss then honey!" her head turns ever so slightly, as she calls over her  shoulder towards the door she'd appeared from. "Sugar, can you come on out  a sec ...!"
       
      Nyx keeps a smile on her  face, but to herself she begins cursing. Shit! I knew it. Now I’m going to have  to bang the old fart and then shower before I go to the Funfair. Delays,  delays. Damn!
       
      A moment passes in which  Tess drinks a little more, and then a new face appears in the door. A young man  certainly, but more than that of his age was impossible to gauge. He leans  against the doorframe with a lithe and self confident manner. Handsome, with  eyes like deep dark wells. Silk shirt, floppy hair, cigarette in his hand and  smoke from his last puff wreathed about his head adding to the whole Rudolph  Valentino image. 
       
      Kid knew how to make an  entrance!
       
      "Sugar, this is Di.  She's gonna take Joanne's old room if thats Ok with you?"
       
      He looked Nyx up and down  with appreciative eyes. Taking another slow draw on the Marlboro.
       
      "Di, this is Panic. He  owns the place!"
       
      "Pleased to meet  you!" The young man says. "Welcome to my far from humble abode."
       
      Nyx gives him her best  flirty smile. This is Panic? Whoof! Hurray for delays!
  
  
  
        “Well, you’re certainly not  what I expected
..Panic or is that Mr. Panic?” Gives him an absolutely first  rate naughty smile this time. “I hope I meet with your approval?” She says this  with a fake frightened little girl expression and a Marilyn Monroe breathy  voice while wriggling in a sinuous fashion her as she speaks. Her face is full  of mischief.
