Then, there was something that bugged him about Columnine's words.
"Ssere iss ssomessing not clear about your sstatement. We fight for sse ssame causse. I agree to ssat, after 'earing what you 'ad to tell. But 'ow doess our dogmass clash? If we ssucceed in freeing ssosse wissin sse lie, sse lie will ceasse to be. If you desstroy sse lie outright, it ceassess to be. Where is sse differenss? 'ow doess making sse lie go away enemiess out of uss? Unless you want to replasse sse lie wiss ssomessing else. Anosser lie of your own making." He paused and then added, his eyes narrowing. "Jusst like ssosse following sse one 'oo gave uss our blood want to do."
"I think our only contention Maurice is what will be left after the Victory. You spoke of freeing everyone from the Aeons. To throw off the shackles and to take over the prison. A Noble cause. But in our philosophy, the only way to be free is for the prison to cease to exist. To let go the weig entirely. No Aoens, no Gods, no Lie, no you, no me ..." She shrugged. "It's not Nihilism we seek, not self destruction. But Nirvana, a return to bliss and unity with the universe. While we are all trapped in this false and stagnant creation we are denied our true destiny. The destiny of change and possibility and flux that existed before the Antedeluvians bound us all in this nightmare. Once we are free of that, we will not know we are free because there will no longer be anything to be free of. There will just be!"
She raises a hand and fiddles with her ear ring, bitingher lip for a moment while she considers her next words.
"Our people, the Romany, we turned our back on the written language of our ancestors. Now that exists only on the walls of Harrapa and Mohenjo-Dero and none can read it except perhaps the first of the Ravnos sleeping in the earth. Our collected wisdom is now stored in pictures on cards. One of those cards, the Hang'ed man, reminds us of what we seek. To let go all attachments, all desires that tie us to this prison. To be happy to let everything go. It is not a simple path to walk, especially when you have lived as long as I, and that is why we can only fight certain links in the chain. Because we oursleves are also links in the chains that bind us. One day, we hope, enough links will have been broken that the chains themselves disolve and we with them. What we cannot learn to let go, will be taken from us and we will be free again! To walk the Path is to exist as a Paradox."

[OOC: I assume the last statement was made by Harle. If not just replace his name with Columbine ;) ].
[No, it's Columbine. The Harlequin isn't that erudite or deep. She's the Philosopher of Chaos, he is its idiot savant herald]
