If ssey sse sse truss, ssen sse rulerss will diminish and loosse sseir might. Ssen, sse world will be free again."

He saw, out of the corner of his eyes, the strange guy in the leather coat leaving. Something still bugged Maurice about him. He had to ask the Harlequin about this new Lasombra.

"Our search for enlightenment teaches us that the truth can never be fully understood Maurice, not while all existence is a Lie. But because of that I would say that there is as much wisom in your teachings as in ours. Some of it may be lies our founder taught us, and some your founder taught you, but the message is there somewhere."

She looked over her shoulder briefly to see what maurice was watching, then turned back.

"I have spoken with Ventrue who believe they are the Clan who holds the truth. And Brujah too, Malkavians and Assamites claim they were put here to be the last foil againstthe other 12. The Nosferatu claim thier founder is the leader of these mosnters, while the Tzimisce believe only they are equiped witht he ability to transcend the chains. Personally I think they are all big fat liars and our founder was the worst of the lot. Lies are a tool to teach when lies are what the world is made of. With all respect, I expect even half of what you believe is a lie, a story to tell so the awful truth does not break your mind asunder. That does not mean it is of no perpuse though." 

Her eyes travelled the length of the wall behind him, as he watched thew Harlequin rise and walk behind her.

"You fight to open the eyes of those within the lie, we fight to break the lie wide open, we both chip away at the lie in our own way. But if you suceed and free those within the lie, then we suceed in destroying it entirely, we have become foes. We fight for the same cause yet our Dogma stands in the way, stands to drive us apart. If we choose to follow the words of our forebares, we are at odds. That Dogma, that tradition and the truths we believe to be our secrets are now revealed as tools of our jailors. Don't you think?"
