Sachiko, Malone
Eshu, Troll
On the Phone
Sachiko looked out on the city from her rooftop perch, sitting up straight as she watched the world of Gotham with her golden eyes. It wasn't just another night. If it had been, the girl would have been sitting at home, doing homework. But, her mind and feet had been restless.
And so, she took her baseball cap and coat, spurring homework for the next day, and left for the lights of Neon City. Now, she was sitting beside some gaudy sign, watching the streets. It was a wonder where a little Wayfare could get a girl to, especially if with little care of where her feet led.
Sachiko may have been jessed to Gotham, but it wasn't by force. Her life was here, in her memories, and she needed more than just one familiar element in her life.
"Speaking of that..." Sachiko took out a small cell phone, sighing. While Gotham was one tether of both mortal and fae, Isaac, her guardian, was another. He insisted that she keep her phone with her, in case of any problems. She tucked the phone back in her coat pocket and stood up.
"On the wings of an angel flying,
catch a shooting star,
Living life, don't regret a moment,
You know who you are.
One the wings of an angel flying,
Be a shooting star,
Living life, don't regret a moment,
Alive is what you are!" As Sachiko sang, she spun around on the rooftop, willing glamour about her. Once she called up enough, she took a jumping leap, forcing out the glamour in a burst.
The phone rang as her feet touched the ground again. The caller display showed Malone's name, apparently programmed in by Isaac. Answering it she hear's the Troll speak.
"Sachiko, its malone over at the Court, y'know? I have a favour to ask on behalf of us all and wondered if you could come by? Have Isacc drive you maybe?"
Sachiko's nose screwed up and she let out a small sigh, smiling. " I'm in Neon City already. Despite popular belief, I can drive. Give me about... ten minutes, and I think I could get to Raindogs." As she spoke briskly, she headed for an old rustbucket of a car at the end of the street. "If the car can survive it." Sachiko added in jest. She knew Malone had seen the old thing, and knew its age. It was, after all, the same age as its owner.
