The words 'biological waste' set alarm bells ringing in Bradley's head.  "Storage and disposal, you say?" he managed, covering his discomfort by addressing the throng of women that Lady Sinclair had gathered about.  "Well, I'm certainly glad that someone is trying to attract skilled workers to our city."
 
"I am sure the unemployment figures will decrease as a result." Lady Sinclair replied. "Which is a good thing with Winter just a week away. But don't you big money types think this will excuse you from our annual Charity drive Mr Fresserie. There are many people who need our help at this time of year and I'll be in to see you all with a large cap in my hand soon!"

She winked dramatically, causing several of her cronies to look away or groan inwardly. As with every other too at her dispoasal, Lady M weilded guilt with aplomb and dexterity and she sat on the board of a number of charity bodies that somehow felt it thier duty to bleed the wealthy dry each year.

"After tonights generous event Lady Simclair, I am sure Melcom will be only too happy to give something back. We all have to dog that tax somehow huh Allen?" he asked with a nudge.
