[Sodium_noir] To meet the prince

The movie ended at 1 AM.  Cash jumped up off the bed
and started to dress.  The suit was a conservative
Navy Blue with a matching tie paired with a white
dress shirt.  Both the suit and shirt had some
wrinkles, but not as many as they did before his
shower.  Sitting of the armchair in the room, he
pulled on a pair of well polished black dress shoes
over a pair of dress socks.

Standing up, he carefully examined his appearance in
the mirror, glad for once that vampires did have
reflections - well, most of them do.  It wasn't
perfect, but it was better than a Ventrue would expect
from a newly arrived Gangrel.

Clicking off the TV, he straightened his tie and
transferred his possessions from the clothes he had
been wearing to the suit.  Pocketing the room key, he
left the room, locking the door behind him.  On his
way out he stopped at the front desk, "I'll be needing
that room for an additional night."  He wasn't sure
how long his meeting with Montoya would be, and he
didn't want to lose anything that was in there - not
that it was valuable, but he had had it for a while
and breaking in new leather would be troublesome.

Exiting the motel, he checked his watch, 1:15 AM
exactly, the cab pulled up and Cash got in.  "Gotham
Towers," he told the driver, who was clearly surprised
at the way his passenger was dressed coming out of
this motel, but the destination made the dress more
likely.

Cash sat back and considered again what he would tell
the Prince of Gotham.
