*Phoebe blinked, but recovered and just nodded.  "Before I came here," she
said.  "I had a deal with a recording company, and CDs and all that.  Part
of my plan, I guess, is to make a solo album, and I heard Ash was...well,
he'd be a good one to talk to about it.  We were just set to release our new
CD too.  I wouldn't mind getting back in a studio and laying down some
tracks.  What really bites, is some of my best work went onto that second
CD, and now it's all still with my band.  They're probably just gonna trash
it, or let that witch they replaced me with re-record all my vocals."  With
a sigh, she glanced around and then smiled back at Arkana.  "I guess those
are the breaks.  Still, it's kind of exciting to be starting over."*

Arkana watched her blink but dismissed any further thought as to why, she
was too caught up in band talk with this interesting new comer. She frowned
slightly at the sad turn of events that this babe had to face but shit
happens and she should have no problem recomvering, specially with what
Arkana is willing to do to get her going, if not much at least a little
help. "That sucks major ass hon, but, just think now you have all the percs
of a solo recording artist plus a few more bonuses", she winked at her
hinting at her remark and as to what 'bonuses' she was referring to then
took to lighting a fresh cigarette before she went on.

"Just forget them, if they found it so easy to replace you with some hack
then fuck 'em I say", she raises her glass in a toasting gesture then goes
on, "to exciting new beginings and all that jazz". Arkana smiles brightly
and nods to Pheobe then relaxes again against the bar.

ooc: sory for my long delays in posting but i've finally siftd through most
of my shit, and got a job so i should be posting a bit more regularly now.
sincere apologies for holding anyone up. We can get this scene moving once
more i'm ready for action to be sent my way spikey - if you had any in mind
i'm craving some :)
