Mara regards the Prince.  She wonders quietly if Dusk had done anything at all with her 'gift' to them.  Perhaps she should pay Seymour a visit tomorrow night.  If they weren't interested, it was obvious that the Prince was.  She stops the train of thought to speak again to the Prince.  "Do you have stock in Melcom?"  She asks.  "You might want to consider it."  She'd be more than happy to sell him her own shares, but unfortunately, the terms of her father's will didn't allow it.  "Otherwise, you need a pawn that has the ability to rise within the echelons of their power structure.  A tall order, but not an impossible one if you put your considerable resources to bear upon it."   
 
"I have some stock of thiers yes." He replied thoughtfully. "On a purely financial point they make good sense. But this new venture, medical advancements and biological products, a little beyond my experience. I am having it investigated before I bite. It does offer a useful 'in' however. They are hiring in large numbers right now and Bennet has a small interest in a chemicals company that we could sink. Flood the market with unemployed technicians and scientists and see if any of them are swept up in Melcom's net."

He rubs his hands, almost as if they were chilled.

"Perhaps you could work with Christopher on that/ Advize him if he needed it to make the bait more appealing. It seems to be something within your field of expertise. I feel that if the company floundered because of questionable ethics in thier R&D department they would appear more appetizing to Melcom right now?"
