[Sodium_noir] Pizza for Two

Big Al's Pizza Parlor 

Hope arches an eyebrow. She was still a relative newcomer to Gotham, and she had not heard that name. "Pai Lun-Lee?" She asks. It was then that the pizza arrived. The man that had taken her order brought the pizza to the table, shortly after the plates, napkins and silverware. The deep dish pizza smelled absolutely heavenly, even from this distance, stimulating her appetite back into sharp focus. 

Once the waiter leaves, Hope will eat, but does talk between bites. He'd made it sound as if they were going back to Chinatown, but when? She decides to end the suspense. "So I take it we're going back into Chinatown tomorrow?" It probably wasn't the case, but it was worth a try. 

"Lun-Lee." Cody replies. "big gangster out of Beijing with a legit front. He and his son look good on the books and pay their taxes promptly. Never quite had the local grass roots backing to take Akril's throne, but he does have the money to fill the empty spot. Problem is, there could be a dozen others equally able to rise to the top and we won't know till it happens. Chinatown is a closed book to us, and so yes, I figure we need to go poke our noses in tomorrow. Try and see what we can catch wind of."

He attacks a piece of the pizza. A look of pleasnat appreciation on his face.
