John resumed walking. "I'm good at keeping secrets. 
You can't go into my line of work and not be, so you
have nothing to worry. I should probably warn you
that Matt will likely know too, but I doubt he'll say
anything to you or the girls."
   
  The Bastet smiles up at him, eyes half closed. 
  "I kinda guessed that about you, and Matt as well. I'd not be here if I thought any different."

"I would be surprise if you or I are the only strange
ones here. This type of event tends to draw all sorts
out of the shadows."
   
  "Yeah, so many secrets, so much fun to be had. Lets not get all serious now. You are VERY cute with that devilish light in your eye, John Black!" Abby's smile is languid and impish, all at once. 
  John could almost swear he feels a ghostly, furry tail gently twining about him.
