OOC: Just to be sure Tellos has two flaws which will surely affectr this 
place, 1 is the eerie presance flaw so people who don't imediatly avoid his 
gaze or try and get away from him will feel he's just not right on a level 
far beyound his skin color. 2 he is his complete lack of a reflection in 
windows or any reflective surface, the bike would show up but he wouldint 
and this surely will be an abnormal thing. Just wanted to put that out there 
thank you.
