   Shelli, Selena, Abby, John Black and Matt
Two mortals, a Bastet, two men with several
  lifetimes between them

John reached into his pocket and pulled out a small
statue of a crow. It was made of wood and was a deep
black. Close examination of it showed an image of an
eye had been carved into the chest. "I'll send Bob
here ahead. He can scount things out for us, though a
tux might not be a bad idea."

He glanced around the bar and noticed the women who
had just entered. "Dates might be a good idea too. I
don't know where Felicia is, and I'm pretty sure
Babe's going to be occupied. How about them?"

He indicated the girls and called their waitress over.
"My dear, would you be so kind as to put the ladies
drinks on our tab?" He handed the woman a 50. "And
keep the change."
   
  The girls are chattering away, obviously having a blast. While the Barkeep is pouring and serving them their drink the waitress approaches him and whispers to him.
  “Ladies, if you like your drinks are on the Gent over there.” He nodded towards the guy with the gent in the sharkskin suit guy.
  “If they’re buying I’m flyin!” Obviously, Selena had NOT been trying to keep a clear head at all.
  They all turned and smiled at the two men.
  Abbey looked them over, curiosity piqued by the mismatched pair. One casually relaxed, the other way over the top.
  Cool Suit tho. 
  “Hey, thanks for the drinks! Who do we thank? I’m Shelli, the little one is Selena an’ this here quiet one is Abby.” Shelli was never shy and the Crown brought out her West Texas drawl.
