>Titus drummed his fingers on the bar top.  Thoughts raced through his head.

>' Right, you,' he pointed at the barman, ' make a list in English of all the 
>people motionned I this damn text,' Titus placed his note pad and pen on the

With a gulp, the barman rushed to obey. As he hurried to write his tongue appeared several times as he tried to moisten his mouth.


>He turned to Rachel, ' Ring Panic, tell him you have something for him, 
>bring this damn thing to him,' he tapped the manuscript, on the way to him, 
>stop in at an all night photocopy place and photocopy the damn thing.  Make 
>two copies, just in case, we may need them.  Tell him it's a a gift from the 
>new Khan.  All the information that Akrill had on him.'

<"Titus Khan?"> the voice is loud and clear. <"A most fitting promotion for the Templar!"> At first the Lasombra thought it had been spoken aloud, but when nobody else in the room reacted, he realised it was in his head. 

The door opens and a shadowed man hobbles in. His coat billows and his shoulders are hunched giving him an all too feral gait. Beneath the coat he wears a hooded top to cover his misshapen skull and ravaged face but once he lifts his gaze to Titus, the Nosferatu's visage is all too clear. 

Titus had, in the length of his career, found it necessary to hold a few people out of a moving car and introduce their faces to the road as it sped by underneath them. 

They'd all looked a damn sight better than this lick after the experience!

"My Khan!" the creature said with a halting bow and perhaps an amused look on what remained of its face. "Greetings from the Warren and the true Sabbat of the undercity. Might I crave a moment of your time on a matter concerning your new domain?"
