a limo just leaving the Towers

She walks back to the limousine and gets in, slipping
in beside Ash. 

"Perhaps it is not wise to let him go." The Tzimisce
shakes her head in frustration. "Though I did warn
him..."

Alessandra looks out of the window, clearly not
pleased with herself. Her hand reaches over to the
Toreador's and she weaves her delicate fingers through
his.

"Your Sire is a creature of the Old Country my dear, and their ways do not mesh well with our own. Added to that, we cannot know if this Stefan is his only agent in Gotham. The shadows hide a great deal of our influences as you well know and rash action might put you at risk. To interfere with his Ghoul would be a difficult slur to justify even to some of the Colonial licks, especially if he has allies in Gotham's Camarilla. I think you did what was best for now."

He indicates for the driver to move on, holding her hand in his cold fingers.  

"The party will be a welcome distraction my dear. Until this Ghoul makes a more direct move ...." The Toreador pauses and a small grin replaces the thoughtful expression. "Unless of course you had other plans?"
