When this thought registered, Cash realized that he
would have to investigate who these people are and
what they're doing - it may impact the ferries and
therefore his interests, but that was a task for
tomorrow night, with a sigh he turned up the TC and
watched some inane sitcom, all the while playing with
the chain holding his dog tags, until the ten o'clock
news.  The reporter covering the 'White Rose killer'
had nothing new to report on the killings of Thursday
and Friday.  Pressing the mute button on the TV
remote, Cash grabbed the dog-eared phone book from the
bedside table.  Turning to the yellow pages, he called
the first cab company in the book and requested a cab
to come at 1:15 AM to the Gotham Inn, he would rather
be early than late to this meeting, and although there
shouldn't be much traffic at that hour, it always paid
to be careful.
