Sugar smiled and melted into Ettienne a little further as he said the sorts of things she was longing to hear.  Her body always seemed to fit so comfortably and smoothly  against him.  "I suppose I have no reason to be jealous then..."  She said with a laugh.  Although as Sugar said the statement she realized she might really in fact be jealous.. 

"This is a beautiful party, Lady Sinclair really knows how to make an evening spectacular."  

"Yes, there are few people who can hold a torch to her social savoir faire! A real people person, like most of our family!"

Looking into the crowd, Sugar tried to make out where she could get a drink.  "Do you want anything from the bar?" 

"No thank you, I am saving my palette for later!" At that moment, one of the caterers wandered by with a tray of drinks and Ettienne headed them off with a wave of his hand. "The lady would like a drink, if you could fetch her a .... " he looks at Sugar expectantly.
