Raindogs

> She set her violin down while she moved over to Raindog. She came with a
> smile, directed at Raindog though Mordraine would probably believe it was for
> him.
>
> "Yes."
>
> "My dear" Raindog began in a much more formal manner than was usual for him.
> "This is Lord Mordraine of House Ailil, the currant Liege of the Unseelie
> Court and master of the Isle of Crabs Funfair!"
>
> The Sidhe before her bowed his head with an admittedly winning smile. For
> all his shiny nature, he was a handsome devil just like most of his Kith, male
> model looks that could sell almost anything and cheek bones so sharp they'd
> cut stone. But there was a certain amount of the Dreaming that bled over into
> his mortal mien and gave him a surreal quality. Enough that he probably had
> to forgo the mortal limelight.
>
> "The pleasure of meeting you is only matched by the absolute joy it was to
> hear you perform my dear!"
>
>

Oh my god, she thought. He was all that he appeared, smooth talking and
pompus, even if he was 'classically' gorgeous. She smiled though it lacked the
welcoming warmth she gave to Raindog so naturally.

"Hello"

She didn't really know what the proper courtly manners were nor did she care.
Of course she had gotten the attention of more than one who did but she
rarely found them interesting. Raindog was an acception. She paused for a moment
before...

"Excuse me, I need to..."

She nods towards the bar.

"I really need to take care of my throat."

She added that line kind of last minute. She wasn't sure how lacking in
etiqute she was or if she were at all. She looked at Raindog. Providing there was
no indication from Raindog for her not to go she walked down to the bar and
waited for Jaywick who was busy running along the bar as best he could serving
drinks.

> Meanwhile, at the door, the Tremere met Malone.
>
> Malone the man mountain. Malone the Troll, not that they would know what one
> of those was.
>
> Well, Elizabeth might do perhaps. She was from a land where the Trolls and
> their exploits were well known and well told.
>
> "Good evening" the muscled individual said, his eyes narrowing at their
> approach. Giger felt exposed for a moment as the doormans eyes travelled down his
> person, searching him without violating his person. After that brief act of
> surveillance, the man stepped aside and smiled.
>
> Beyond the door and its stoic guardian was a typical bar. rather crowded
> tonight and not just with hard bitten barfly's either. there was a certain
> sophisticated professional crowd in hat Giger at least fitted right into. Even
> Elizabeth was not alone in her dress as a few beatnik and Hippy types hugged the
> walls.
>
> A few regular customers clung tot he tables here and there and there was a
> second floor above with a piano bar and other acts apparently. Beside the
> stairs to that upper level were four people clinging to a table despite the
> crowds here to see the performance above.
>
> A young waif of agirl with her back to them. A grizzled old man in multiple
> layers of woollen clothing and sat on his own raincoat. A skinny, rat faced
> man in a badly fitting shirt. And facing them was the frail and mysterious
> form of Princess in her layers of silks and lace. her flesh entirely hidden
> from view and a hand of cards gripped in lacy gloves and the corner of her shawl.
>
> The Nosferatu Primogen, seeming so utterly out of place in this place, looks
> up at the Tremere and while they cannot see it, it seems she smiles or at
> least appears to welcome them.
>
>

Ariñe took note of the people coming in, though it wasn't very detailed.
