  Silently, he cringed. He still wasn't certain how much he wanted to  tell Abby, but he suspected the decision was going to be made for him.  She wasn't stupid, and the more time they spent together the more she'd  realize what he is.
     
    (OOC Perception 3 Alertness 3 Empathy 3, does she notice his discomfort?)
  
  OOC: I would guess that she senses something from him as the topic is  discussed, but it's going to be complex. I would guess she can sense  some indecision, but also she can tell there's more, hidden beneath  that.

  Abby leans against John, and smiles at Dr. Lazarus and "Sandra". "History IS glamorous. A girl can learn a lot in such company." Her smile is quite genuine.

  John looks at Sanura. "Have you been able to follow your passion for  Egypt professionally? My interests in the ancient world is something I  do on the side. I take it that, like the doctor, you're fortunate  enough to make it a life's work."

  "Much to my good fortune, yes I am," she says.  "I work as an  independant historical consultant and broker for individuals and  private companies.  A 'transactional intermediary' if you  will.  I was just mentioning to Dr. Lazarus that I have had the  privelage to be on a few archeological digs in my past, but I much  prefer the creature comforts of a warm bed and a hot shower."
  
  "What do you do?" she asks directing the question to both John and Abby.
