Christine is relieved to find that Mara barely hesitates as she  
crosses the temple threshold. She tries to angle a glance at her  
former domitor on Jack's scrawny other side to check that she's okay  
but that is a bridge too far given her current supportive role.

"Sorry!" she mutters as Jack winces. Christine does, however, catch  
the eye of a monk as they stagger inside and manages to fix him with  
a suitably dirty look.

"Hey, Mr Zen!" she growls. "This ain't no three-legged race here.  
Little help?"
