I have lived much of my life in the Deep South of the US (Pensacola, Shreveport and New Orleans, Vegas. So I have gotten a bit used to heat. But this week has really been bad. Most places here have AC but it still wars on you.
  Spikey, I've several friends with the same condition and they barely cope so you've my sumpathy on that.
  Whats worse for me is the sun here, My baby brother got alomost allthe melanin for several generations of my family. HE can tan and survive and like sunlight. I just fry.
  If I could make it on just one job it would be the night one and I could sleep through the day.
  Sigh- that would be lovely...
