Noting the proximity of the Malkavian to the Prince,
she whispered to Ash, "Perhaps you ....that is to say,
we...should greet Montoya and his childe.  Is that not
the proper etiquette?"

"Just so my dear!" he whispered in return. "Take your partners for the grande dance of the Ivory tower!"

With a stiffle laugh he led her towards the stairs, nodding to Christophe but not stopping to tak he strode directly up to Montoya.

"Sire!" he said with confidence. "I'm glad the recent troubles haven't managed to keep you away from such a glorious event. Devlin my dear you look absolutely stunning. Have you met the Lady Alessandra Gaspare?"

"Only briefly!" Montoya replied. "Nice to see you again Ma'am."
