"Congratulations."  Montenegro offers.  "It seems
Melcom is single-handedly bringing Gotham back to a
semblance of life."  He glances over toward where the
Mayor was holding court with the mortals, and where
Prince Montoya held court with his kind.  "Unlike many
of the city's supposed benefactors."  
   
"Oh, don't be too hard on our dear Mayor!" Zorn said with a tone that sounded like a father speaking of his dissapointing son. "Without him we would not have been able to fly in as saviours. Zoning restrictions and the like are so restrictive for cutting edge bussiness. In answer to your question, the product might not be on general sale for 18 months yet if the government continue to expect us to jump through hoops. But FDA aside, its ready to market now. Ready to be given to human volunteers at least and tested on them."

"As if the barrarge of simulations haven't answered all those questions!" One of the others added.

"Or did you mean Montoya?" Zorn asked a little less loudly. "Goth corp has already shown a great deal of interest in investiture. As have Mr Bennet's banks."
