[Sodium_noir] heading to the Harliquin.

On route to Club Harliquin
Time: about 10:30pm or 11pm

As he puts his weapons in place he walks towards his motorcycle and gets on. 
He turns his police scanner on and the motor and revs up before heading out 
towards the Club Harliquin. He just hopes he doesint get cops on his rear as 
that could lead to some real problems due to the only place he could run 
from them is downtown and that was at the time a hot zone. He for now keeps 
to the speed limit.  He figures it'll take about 10 minutes . He would have 
to go around gathom police headquarters though so might be longer. As he 
traveled he kept his ears on the scanner and eyes on the road.
