John nodded politely and glanced at Abby, his
expression indicating he didn't believe a word of it. 
"Of course, Price. It's so obvious to me now." He
considered the creature before him, wondering how he
could try and have more fun with him.

"So you've recently arrived to Gotham, is that
correct?" He glanced at Abby.
   
  The Ceilican girl turns her pale green gaze back to his. “Yes, just a couple of months. I sorta found myself drawn here you might say.”   
   "Did I mention I'd only been hear a few months myself. 
  I'm only now settling in. I have to say that the city has grown on
my. It seems to be a wonderful place. And half the
fun of going someplace different is making new
friends."

He raised his glass in a toast and took a drink.
   
  Her smile softens at that. Impish now, more Kitten than Cat.“Oh I quite agree, John Back. ‘Tis a Magical Place, especially now. Here’s to makin’ new friends.” She taps her glass to his with a musical chime then takes a slow sip, her eyes sparkling over the rim of her glass.
