expression indicating he didn't believe a word of it.

considered the creature before him, wondering how he
could try and have more fun with him.

correct?" He glanced at Abby. "Did I mention I'd
only been hear a few months myself. I'm only now
settling in. I have to say that the city has grown on

friends."
He raised his glass in a toast and took a drink.
