"Yess, it 'ass been quite an eventful week, 'assn't it? Alssough, I misssed mosst of sse fun, too. I only 'eard today of Tituss new title." He grinned, a sparkle in his eye. "Can you believe ssiss? Tituss, khan of chinatown? I wonder if 'e iss able to 'andle ssat tassk, worssy of an 'erculess? 'ow long will sse chinkss tolerate a foreigner ruling sseirss? I ssink we boss now besst what problemss 'e will get into."

The Harlequin smirked. He too thought that Titus was going to be fighting against the current in Chinatown. But he also knew what a complete fucker Titus could be. And a little of what Panic had seen of the Gimp-legged Lasombra's destiny. He wasn't sure the odds were so long despite what logic told him.

He took a puff from his cigar and leaned back. He saw the girl had ordered a drink, but had not yet seen her sipping. Then the three ladies, who had flocked around the Harlequin, descended upon her. The Harlequin's new flame seemed quite familiar with her. Interesting. He wondered who the girl was. The fourth musketeer?

"I wass kind of bussy during sse week and sso sse reasson for my coming tonight iss, ssat I need information on what 'ass occured besside sse obviouss, while I wass away. I already talked to sse boy Panic, but 'e wass only willing to tell me sso far. I am esspessially interessted in what 'ass 'appened to sse Ssnake Bitchess, or Isscoatl, ass Panic called ssem." He paused, then added. "And sseir little demon trinket, ssey craved, but apparently wissout ssuccesss."

The question draws a guarded look from the Harlequin. His poker face wasn't quite in place quick enough for the serpents preternatural senses.

"The Snake Bitches didn't come into my part of town Maurice, they hardly even brushed the edges of my interest to be brutally honest. All I know of them is what the boy told me. The trinket .... and it was quite a big one at that, well its gone. Its weig .. that is, the magical energies trapped within it, they were released back into creation. Broken and scattered beyond the ability of any of us to get back!"

He seemed adamant on the fact, speaking with certainty and apparently first hand knowledge.

"I assume you have unfinished business with them? Perhaps I could tap a few of the small time dips and petty crooks I know, see if anybody knows anything? For a small fee of course." he grins.
