Outisde the Chaste Dragon, the wind blew a gale and the rain teemed down. Rachel's cel phone beeped to announce a message, apparently she had missed calls. For whatever reason, the Bordello had poor reception tonight.

The Minion in Chinatown alertingher that he was in place, ready to meet with her.
