Rachel, completely oblivious to any interaction or lack thereof between 
Shade and Panic, simply checks off one more item on her to-do list - that 
being, figure out somewhere *other than here* to meet with Shade.

 > "Tell Titus thanks!" Panic mumbles as they leave. "for this!"

With that, Rachel heads off to leave.
