OOC: since I pushed Cash into the early morning in a
single location, I thought that I would write a little
back story - as penance for stranding a vampire in a
motel room :)

Cash, Simon
Gangrel, Ghoul
Waiting Room
Three years ago

Cash was beaten to a bloody pulp, not enough to put
him into topor, but to a pulp. He often wondered what
the term meant, now he knew. If he hadn't been a
vampire, he'd be dead by now. The pretty boy looked
like an excellent target, how was he to know that it
was a Ghoul of the Toreador prince of Phoenix - and
bait. As soon as Cash tried to grab him, he knew his
mistake.

>From the shadows came two vampires, who immediately
attacked; and his 'victim' grabbed his arm in a grip
that must have been enhanced with blood. The attack
was carefully planned and executed, the military mind
in Cash admired it even as they proceeded to beat him.
They clearly wanted him alive, but for what, he
didn't know. After subduing him, they dragged him
here - throwing him into this room, with the ghoul on
guard with him.

Since he couldn't do anything else, Cash took stock of
his injuries. The obscene angle of his forearm showed
that it was broken, he ached in places he hadn't since
boot camp, and he was starving, if he had the energy,
he would have tried to attack the Ghoul guarding him.
"Hey," he said, spitting a bit of blood from his split
lip, "any chance of any blood?"

"Quiet, dog," the ghoul replied, quite haughtily Cash
thought, "You'll get only what the Prince gives you."
Being called a Dog was an insult of the highest order
to Gangrel, and Cash almost took the bait, but he
didn't have the energy. Cash almost laughed when he
thought about this pretty boy giving him orders, but
he decided that wasn't the best idea right now. "How
about an introduction then, I like to know who's
guarding me - the name's Cash, Joshua Cash," let's see
if he'll bite. The young man looked like he was
considering it, wondering what the Prince might say,
finally, he answered, "Simon."

Breakthrough, he had a chance with him, not a big one,
since he apparently idolized the Prince, but still a
chance. "So, Simon, why an I here?" Cash asked as
innocently as a vampire could. Simon actually
laughed, "You are here for violating the Tradition of
Domain, and not presenting yourself to the Prince of
the City when you arrived." Cash wasn't up on all the
rules of being a vampire, his sire didn't give him a
lot of instruction. but he had heard of the
traditions, he usually laid low in cities, but
apparently, this Prince had gotten wind of him - he
knew he was in trouble.
