Unlikely.  Obsessive people don't stop being obsessive just because the 
object of their obsession is unavailable.  Many of them will move on to 
baseball, month after next.

As for what needs to be resolved...

Rachel headed off with Two-Tone to see Panic and discuss the situation with 
the Chinese streetwalkers - her intention was to suggest unto him that the 
streetwalkers are below his hiring line, and as such, they could/should be 
more actively discouraged from moving in.  If we skip more than the 
intervening day, then the leader of the enforcer Tong was going to meet 
with Rachel at midnight, for his first unwitting step toward a blood 
bond.  She'll plan to do it on three successive nights.

As for Korben Dallas... other than needing to know his first task for 
setting up the new caern, he's good to go.  The conversation with the water 
spirit could easily fudge time anyway - Umbra stuff has a way of doing that.
