[Sodium_noir] OOC Update

You know, if we decide to jump ahead even a little
bit, vampire characters would be free to do a little
writing on their own covering the night or nights
between games.

Since Spikey isn't sure if he'll be able to pick up at
the end of February, I think a couple days jump would
be fair to allow vampire characters the chance to keep
up with the game.
