[Sodium_noir] OOC Update

Hey there everyone,
I am just a newbie to the wonderful world of Gotham, and had just joined when Sodium Noir went on hiatus. So honestly it matters not to me what day/night we start off. I do look forward to when the game begins again, though. While it seems Lady Sinclair's party sounds like about as good a starting point as any for the lovely Sandra Scoland to enter the picture, I defer to whatever everyone else decides. :)

Hiya everyone.
I agree with most of you on the not moving the story line up more than a few days at the most, there's one particular thing that i think is a little crucial for my character to do in order to open other doors, and since this requires some NPC's and PC's I would have to make sure that I can still follow this story.
However, I very much like the idea of a fresh start, and a little time gap, but not an excessive one. I can still play out this particular thing on my own as an aside and also with OOC correspondence with the NPC's/PC's involved and spend the XP due.
Starting on a new day/night is definately in order, but what about the really deep story lines, the akril one for instance, or melcom plot, would those be abandoned per se, or just continued but with an "3 years later" kinda thing? if something like that happened then i don't see much a problem everyone can start working on their respective storylines and then using the forum and email we can fill in the blanks with the other characters involved. And even perhaps have a whole flashback joint post, with some narrator telling the story and bits and pieces of every character's story meshed into one big scene to bring the "audience" up to speed.
Mostly i will be content with just starting the game again, and will work with anything - time speed up or not. Just lemme know so I can start working on a good story :)
soooo nice to see some movement in the dim shadows of Gotham

for only moving it up a day, because there were some major events that Mara
was going to be part of, like Lady Sinclair's party....
