[Sodium_noir] OOC Update

I think Spikey might be right.

I know new players might feel like they are missing out alittle, but I could
really use a bit of a fresh start.  Give everyone a sort of equal footing
and maybe help to get out of a wee bit of a rut.

I'm up for a new direction.
