[Sodium_noir] OOC Update

Spikey you might also consider moving the whole timeline along  
several days, months, even years to restart at. It might be a way to  
clean the slate of cluttered or not-going-anywhere storylines. This  
would also give all pcs who intend to play again post-hiatus an  
opportunity to think and write about what their characters did in the  
'downtime' interval and where they have ended up. Also gives a  
downtime period to spend xp on developing new skills & abilities etc.

my 2 cents :-)  Anyone have any thoughts?
