and the skills of Presence. Wordlessly he called to Sugar, dominating her
attention. The pull was subconscious, unrecognized. Sugar saw him and wanted
to be near him. It was as simple as that!<<

Something stirred in Sugar's gut as the conversation experienced a brief
hiccup.  Her smoky eyes lingered over Ettienne's svelte body and she
swallowed the last of her icy drink.  "Hold that thought for me will you
boys?"  Sugar asked as she set her glass down on a passing tray and glided
over to Ettienne's side.   The position was beginning to feel strangely
comfortable.

Sugar's glossy lips curved into a warm smile lessening slightly as her eyes
crossed Montoya's face.  There was little doubt she hated the way he looked
at her so coldly.  At the moment she couldn't be bothered to try to make him
warm to her, there were other more immediate thoughts on her mind.

Without hesitation, her arm slipped around Ettienne's waist and she leaned
into him.  The curves of her body pressing against him as she enjoyed the
coolness of his suit against her skin.

"A pleasure to see you again Mr. Montoya, as always!  I didn't know you were
having a private little party over here or I would have dropped by much
sooner."
