Somehwere in the world of the living.

He looked around checking to be sure his sword was still with him. Also he 
looked around to see where he was. "I'm back." He took time now to finish 
making sure his weapon remained and his location was known so he could find 
his way around

Everything was as he had left it. His clothing and weapons were with him. The broken glass of the laundromat still scattered around. The blood stain where he had fallen still soaking into the lino. Just no body. No cops either. Just the aftermath of the gun fight.

>From the temperature and the hue of the sky he figured  afew hours had passed in the world of the living. Maybe the transition between life and death and back again took longer than it had seemed. The street were empty and eerily silent in Darktown.
