"Hmm? Oh, proffesioal jealousy partly!" Kurt replies. "If a company such as mine could land a contract with Melcom, or Dusk, one would be in clover for life. Still, there are more than a few of the smaller fish paying me handsomely to check out this stock option float the rumours insist is coming. Some new direction for the company apparently. I may even sink a few dollars into it myself if its true!"

he turns from the direction of Melcom, back to John and Abby.

"But thats enough droll bussiness I think. Would it be too forward to ask more about your bussiness John? How do you fill the days in this wonderfully shark infested city?"
