Lady Sinclair's Mansion

As she tries to pierce his outer layers, Abby feels a tingle that begins in her hand. The place where he had kissed her, and she had allowed him the _expression, was starting to feel ultra sensitive. She carries on talking as the sensation grows.
Morgan's shape shimmered and he suddenly seemed to be the focus of every light and every pair of eyes in the room. From her perspective he grew a little taller, his smelled a little sweeter. His enchantment of her took hold and her senses were opened to the Chimerical world. 
  All banter now was lost, her tongue stilled. Her pupils expanded to dark pools ringed with the thinnest sliver of pale green fire. 
  She’d been here before. 
  Not at this party, not facing this Lord of the Fae (for such she knew him in her bone and blood to be) with that Falcon gazing back so haughty as if she could see into Abby’s heart.
  No, it was seein’ with these eyes, seein’ the Dream World. Just as she had so many years and tears ago. The memory tugged at her, just at the edge of her soul. Strong but ah so distant, veiled in time and pain.
  John offers a sincere laugh at the banter, a genuine
smile on his face.  "It has been a fun evening so far,
Mr. Morgan, and we are enjoying ourselves.  I suspect
someone as perceptive as yourself is having fun too.” 
  To John he seemed no different as he smiled a suggestive smile of acknowledgement. 

"Can an old man get either of you two a drink?"
  "Certainly" The Sidhe replied. His regal mane of hair shook as he nodded, slender elfin ears poking out through its silvered tresses.
  To her it was if John’s voice echoed from far away. She could barely nod. She didn’t know if she wanted the drink to drown this vision/memory or to tear the mist away from it leavin’ it bare and bleeding.
