well, she certainly wasn't. She thought for a moment looking through the crowd 
in the bar. Without looking up at him... 
 
 "I think that word only perpetuates something that isn't necessary. Division 
will only destroy us as we are." 
 
 She said nothing else and was very determined in her speech, clearly this 
was something that she had fought with and after years of questions and struggle 
she had come to the only rational conclusion she could find. At the same time 
there was nothing aggresive about her decision.She was matter of fact but 
somehow, something in her tone could make a person agree even if they didn't. 
Perhaps it had to do with the quite confidence with which she spoke. 
 
 "I've been a guardian and a man of honour too long to change my ways Arine." 
The statement seemed loaded, a story for another time perhaps. "Thats why it 
would be better if you went and got the skinny on the Unseelie.

She stopped all thought that didn't belong to that particular moment in time 
and turned to him, stepping in close. She put her hands on either of his arms 
and looked at him for a long time before saying anything. That ever familiar 
warmth and comfort was there in her soft eyes and completely embrassing yet 
minimal touch. She spoke to him for a long time without ever saying a word. She 
would be alright. She could take care of herself and whatever it was that was 
out there wouldn't win as long as she had any say in it. She could be just as 
much the protector as he could. She was ultimately soothing even if not 
everyone was willing to be consoled.  And finally she seemed to communicate to him 
what she sensed at least from him that he did not trust what was going on. 

"What do you feel?"

Her choice of words was very specific. She didn't want to hear what he 
thought or what he believed. He seemed to be feeling something and that's what she 
wanted to hear.
