[Sodium_noir] Wire, to Arkana

basic attributes such as a vehicle, a cell phone and living space are all assumed without costs. Its OK to assume Arkana has a phone iif you wish but who you give the number to is up to you.

a way around it could be to have Wire call one of the band members maybe, or have someone track down a registered number to the Furies crash pad.
