[Sodium_noir] The strike

Dhampir, Nosferatu
 8PM (Dusk + an hour)

The first strike had been fine but he knew he needed to do better this time 
around. He activated the power to speed his movments up.[Celerity] The power 
to toughen himself and grant him greater strength were always active he 
found. [Fortitude/Potance] He swings at the vampire hoping to slice the 
creatures head off, if this didint work he'd hope the quickening power came 
in time to save him and he could defend.

As the Creature rolls, Tellos is flung from his back but the act of disentangling himself leaves no room to defend. The sword Bites deep again even as the Dhampir feels his flesh flooded with Vitae, quickening him for the next attack. As he rolls over the desiccated creature cries out in pain as its forearm and hand drop to the ground and turn to ash. It is on its knees as fast as Tellos is ob his feet and seems more concerned with the severed arm than the attacker.

[Tellos rolls to hit 9, 7, 7, 7, 4, 2 = 4 successes. Damage roll comes out at 10, 9, 8, 6, 3, 3, 2 = 4 Damage and the Nosferatu makes no soak.]

The mortal, Tellos realises at the edge of his vision, has leapt behind a group of dustbins, dropping whatever it was he was carrying.

[ROUND THREE - You get to act first and to act twice ...]

The ugly Vampire's arm is physically growing back, blood spreading out of the stump and forming capillaries and veins over which muscle is starting to wrap itself. Its eyes are blood shot and its mouth set in a fang filled snarl.

ooc: ok so I put his powers in brackets cause I don't feel Tellos would yet 
know the names of his powers. 

A good point. I expect he'll have come up with his own way of thinking about them.

Yeah, the Strike seems like a good name. Very catchy for the scene. ;)
