here at Dusk." She inclined her head in thanks, a mannerism far more regal
than her appearance might suggest. "It has been quite a long time since I
was able to appreciate a bouquet with such thought."

Mara notices Zoe's quick cover up.  Who was she referring to?  She wondered.  She smiles at the compliment.  Mom's insistence on her learning ladylike pursuits had actually paid off.  "Thank you, my mother insisted I learn the Language of Flowers."  

Christophe sighs, looking at the pair of women.

"Brujah women!" He says with exasperation. "Can we stick to the conversation
at hand please!"

"Patience Brother. The night is young." Zoë settled back in her seat, this
time she appears to be the sibling with amusement on her face."The language
of flowers is such a delightful cypher. Let me see if I had it right ...
Camellia is for Gratitude, Purple Hyacinth is an expression of Sorrow,
Olive branches of course are a universal call for Peace and I believe the
standard message of the Rose Acacia is Friendship?"

She admittedly, was a tad rusty, and had to do a search to find some of the flower meanings, but she was going to take the credit anyways.  "Very good.  You know the language well."  She had taken great care in choosing just the right flowers for the arrangement.  She was glad that the effort had not been wasted.  

Mara starts to make herself slightly more comfortable.  Best to let them think that she is at ease with them.  To do otherwise might be found...insulting. 
Once again, she awaits their next question or witty remark.
