Chester sucked air through his teeth as he listened. Still being careful to
stand to one side and allow the younger garou to lead he appeared to be
observing them carefully. But as Korben spoke of Chinatown, he added a
thought of his own.

"Chinatown was the territory of a mortal sorcerer, Khan Akril. He ran the
borough like his own kingdom, but he brought stability as well as terror.
Sometimes even the servants of the Wyrm serve a purpose, let us hope that
this new minion of the enemy is no worse than the previous master of that
domain."
