OOC: I don't recall offhand quite how much John Black told him... I'm
winging it here a bit.

"Big things went down in Chinatown last night... factory burned.  A
friend told me that leeches had displaced the previous ruler of the
area - and he seemed to feel that that was an improvement, but a small
one.  Figured they'd be busy consolidating their hold there.

"If we give them enough trouble there, it should keep them away from
here... is that what the spirit is thinking?"
