Rachel can now step in as the reasonable one... which may help.

"The Chaste Dragon is not your problem.  As long as you're undercutting
their prices, the tricks will be there.  Your problem is that you can't
control the janes.  If you can't find a way to do it, we'll find
someone else who can.

"But you will find that I am not made of stone.  The Chaste Dragon is
an ally, but they certainly do not want to be flooded with your janes
looking to move up.  I may be able to persuade the owner to help
discourage them.

"Make the point to your janes that ninety percent is a much better cut
than the house girls can hope for, and their prices scare off
customers.  In the end, they value money or they would find other
work... let that be the soul of your persuasion.

"If you're still having difficulty in three months, choose two of the
worst and send them to me.  I will persuade them personally, and they
will help you with the others."
